Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bidion handles information submitted through our public website and pilot-access request process.
Information we collect
When you request pilot access, we collect the information you submit in the form, including your name, company, work email, role, approximate RFP volume, and your description of your current proposal process. We also collect limited technical and anti-abuse information related to the submission, such as source page, referrer, form timing, and a hashed IP address.
How we use information
We use this information to review pilot requests, communicate with applicants, understand pilot demand and proposal workflow needs, prevent abuse, maintain security, and operate the website and pilot-access process. We do not use information submitted through the pilot-access form to train AI models.
Customer content
Documents, proposal materials, company information, and other content uploaded to Bidion remain under the customer's control. Bidion processes customer content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. Bidion does not use customer content to train Bidion models or permit its AI service providers to use customer content for general model training. Customer content is maintained within the customer's segregated Bidion workspace and may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI service providers solely to provide the requested Bidion functionality.
Service providers
Bidion may use service providers to operate the website and pilot-access process, including hosting, database, email notification, analytics, monitoring, and security providers where applicable. These providers process information as needed to provide services to Bidion.
Retention and deletion
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to review pilot requests, communicate with applicants, operate and improve the service, maintain security, and address legal or operational needs. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the pilot-access form by contacting privacy@bidion.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as Bidion's services and practices change. The effective date above identifies when the current version took effect. For privacy questions, contact privacy@bidion.com.
