These Terms of Use apply to Bidion's public website and pilot-access request process. They are not subscription terms, pricing terms, or a negotiated enterprise agreement.
Pilot requests
Submitting a pilot-access request does not guarantee approval, access, participation, or any particular timing. Bidion may review, accept, decline, prioritize, or stop accepting pilot requests at its discretion.
Accurate and authorized submissions
You must provide accurate information when submitting a pilot request. If you submit information on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information and communicate with Bidion about the request.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website or pilot-access process for automated abuse, malicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, infringement, false submissions, interference with the website or service, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Bidion ownership
Bidion owns the website, software, branding, designs, text, graphics, technology, and other materials we provide, except for content owned by third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bidion's materials or intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and pilot-request process are provided without warranties of any kind. Bidion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the website or pilot-access process.
